The Darwin Today website has been setup to encourage people to discuss the wide range of contemporary research funded by the seven Research Councils that draws on Darwin’s theories.
Monthly topic-based video-podcasts and magazine style articles, together with voting and discussion facilities, aim to entice visitors to interact and consider the research that is featured.
The first topic is Evolution and Society and future topics will include: How humans are affecting other species; Evolution of Resistance; and Directed Evolution.
